Check that the Fire System has no outstanding faults or actions required |

Test 50% of all automatic fire detectors and test all the manual call points |

Bi-annually check operation of AUX Units, Lifts, Gas, Door Release etc
(Confirm safe to do so with client) |

Test CIE for alarm indication / fault indication / power fail indication |
|
Test CIE to ensure all circuits are fault monitored |

Visually inspect the installation for condition / correct installation & fixings |
|
Visually inspect that all manual call points remain unobstructed |
|
Visually inspect that 500mm clearance is maintained below and around each fire detector |
|
Visually inspect that manual call points are located correctly throughout |
|
Test Battery Temperatures / Ah and Voltage / Record on each Cell
|
|
Test and confirm transmissions with Alarm Receiving Centre |
|
Check logbook to ensure weekly testing is being carried out |
|
Logging of all results |
|
Provide training if required |
